My name is Esther. I came to the UK as an immigrant, worked in the NHS, and started a healthcare recruitment agency from scratch while still doing bank shifts — alone, going in circles, with no one checking in on me. It cost me years I should have spent moving faster.

Is it really free to join?

Yes. You join the MSA community for free. No payment required to walk in and see what is here. When you are ready to go deeper into a specific pathway — Business, Tech or AI and Branding — there is a paid tier. But the free community is real and valuable on its own.

Do I need experience or qualifications to join?

No. MSA is built for people who are ready to build something — not people who already have. You bring the willingness. The coaches, the community and the guides provide the direction. You do not need to have it figured out before you walk in.

Can I join on a Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa?

Yes. Joining MSA has no visa implications. And building a business or developing a skill alongside your sponsored employment is possible for most care workers — the visa is less restrictive than most people assume. We cover this honestly inside the community.
